All volunteers are guaranteed to watch their scout(s) race.
This is a rough schedule of events. Please make sure to arrive at least 30 mins before your den races so we can get your car checked in.
700-900 Setup Track and Event Space
845 Car Check In Starts
9am Lions Race
930 Tigers Race
1000 Wolves Race
1030 Bears Race
1100 Webelos Race
1130 Leader Race
1200 Open Class Race
As soon as racing is finished we will clean up the track and return the lunchroom to the way it was found
